The Emerging Designers Textile Showcase spotlights the material craft, technical mastery and creative voice of graduating seniors in the textile design concentration of the B.S. in fashion and textile design at the Wilson College of Textiles.

Presented in custom-curated booths, each capstone exhibit offers an immersive look into the student’s personal design philosophy, from hand-upholstered furniture and homey dining settings to intricate Jacquard weaves and fully crafted outdoor installations.

Granted total creative freedom, these designers seamlessly bridge tradition and technology by combining hand-knitting, tufting and painting with advanced digital printing and dobby weaving.
